I've spent most of
today firing off e-mails to my local planning department and other
recalcitrant council office s in an attempt to prevent His Grace The
Duke of Northumberland,my landlord from building houses on the
orchard at the side of my house.
This has left me rather
short of time so no blog tonight I'm afraid. However if any of the
arrows I fired today hit their
target I shall have plenty to write about. In the mean time here are some pictures of the lovely garden which is to be bulldozed.
Oh. did I mention the
sneaky way in which planning permission was eventually
obtained...........more later!
